Information we collect
When you request an estimate, schedule a repair, file an insurance claim, or apply for a job, we collect contact details (name, phone, email), vehicle information (year, make, model, VIN), insurance details, employment history (for job applications), and any notes you share about the damage or your repair needs. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
How we use it
Your information is used to prepare estimates, communicate about your repair, coordinate with your insurance carrier and rental provider, process payments, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with parties needed to complete your repair — insurance carriers, OEM parts suppliers, sublet vendors (glass, alignment, towing), and rental agencies — and when required by law.
Third-party services
Our website uses a small number of trusted third-party services that may receive limited information when you visit or submit a form:
- Formcarry — processes our estimate, contact, and careers form submissions and delivers them to our staff by email.
- Google Maps — embedded directions and map tiles on our Locations page.
- UserWay — our accessibility widget, used to provide font scaling, contrast modes, and keyboard-navigation aids.
Cookies & analytics
Our website uses essential cookies and local storage to remember accessibility preferences and basic visit analytics so we can improve the site. We do not run advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
Data retention & security
Estimate, repair, and insurance records are retained as required by California auto-body recordkeeping rules. Job application records are retained for up to two years. We protect personal information with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
