Walkthrough of every cost line and insurance authorization handled on the spot. Updates by phone or text — your choice.

Car Rental
If rental coverage is included, we coordinate the rental so a vehicle is ready when you drop yours off.

Disassembly
Damaged components removed to reveal the full extent of the repair — including hidden damage not visible at intake.

Frame Repair
Caroliner diagnostic system + Square Liner frame aligner for precise structural correction up to 1.5-ton trucks.

Metal Work
Sheet metal repair in dedicated bays with Prospot welders — the same equipment used by manufacturers.

Painting
PPG refinish products and clear coats inside a European downdraft spray/baking booth for OEM-grade results.

Reassembly
Reassembled to manufacturer spec. Before/after structural read-outs and four-wheel alignment when warranted.

Inspection & Cleanup
Every aspect inspected, guaranteed to factory spec. Washed and detailed inside and out before delivery.
